The hotel had a central location, just a short walk from the harbor and surrounding attractions. Restaurant Melt Cafe, located 1 km away, was a nice surprise with a massive complimentary breakfast offering delicious options.

The location is comfortable and handy, 1 mile from a huge observation wheel. The staff are well-trained people with personal service from the Duty Manager Ms Doris. Having Nespresso coffee, it's own balcony, and a lounge in our well-appointed and nicely decorated room.

Everything! It's a chic hotel when they went crazy about its scale. The 21st floor! We had a view of the bay marina, which is worth the extra. Originally we booked a regular room with a marina bay view, but a couple of days before we arrived, we sent a letter with the option of upgrading to a club room with the same view! This is super, room on the 20th floor, we have own floor for check-in, breakfast and lunch! Where there's no fuss, few people, free cocktails in the evenings! The room is huge, fancy bathroom! Everything's been thought through to the smallest detail. It's obvious the hotel isn't new, but everything is nice. You can feel the spirit of expensive hotels!

The location of the hotel is very central, making it easy to access shopping centers, MRT, and attractions like Gardens by the Bay. My lifestyle king room with a balcony had nice beds, and I enjoyed the marvelous views.

It is a very large hotel, located in the Marina area of Singapore, is a bit the heart of the city, where you can find everything there is to see as a must. It connects to the Marina Park shopping, is the way to go out to the Marina and to the street to avoid crossing the street. shopping center has everything you need to eat, what you may need nearby. hop on hop off, is close and passes in front of the hotel, although it is not the stop there, going by the Marina Park Shopping, you cross under the street and you get perfect. breakfast is very very complete, for all nationalities. As the official language is English, it is perfectly spoken by all, friendliness of all those who attend and professionalism, make it ideal. rooms are very nice and comfortable with nice views, bathroom is very modern and comfortable. sheets and towels are first quality. It is a very enjoyable hotel. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back. In spite of being enormous, treatment towards one, is very cordial, taking the time with each guest, is very organized the check in and check out, makes it extremely fast and amiable.

It has marvellous and awesome location for visiting Esplanade. The lifestyle king room overlooks marina and includes coffee/tea makers and glassware. The services are nice, including a well-maintained pool.

This venue offers spotless rooms with a stunning bay view, affordable rates, and a competent, friendly staff at every service point.

Very good location for cbd, superb building design and general layout, premier room has excellent views.

Sterile and efficient but unfriendly hotel. Good quality staff personell who have a stale outlook. Any sort of catering is a barely adequate yet costly rip off. Housekeeping staff ignore "do not disturb" card but adhere to electronic symbol, cleaning is very poor, constant staff ingress into hotel guest privacy. Premier high cost room has shabby and damaged entry door jamb on main door and damaged lock to balcony also small hole in window curtain, no soap dish in shower that has ill fitting and loose glass shelf allowing soap tablet to keep slipping off. Paintwork is past useful life and wall hanging decor is a joke. Entire hotel needs a makover together with a "friendly" hospitality training programme for the various levels of management and staff. Currently, this hotel is worth half the prices being charged.

arrived at one o'clock in the morning, quickly checked in (although not in the room that ordered). excellent location - near a shopping center with cafes, where you can eat in the morning and evening. near the fountain of money - there is also a large number of food of any choice and wallet, there is a large supermarket. to the gardens, shop, museum, Marina Bay Sands about 15-20 minutes on foot, to Raffle - 5 minutes, all close by. Thanks to Igor for telling us about the evening show and the supermarket!

We didn't have a room with our demands, we had to take what we had, the next day we had to remind them we had to move. But we moved into a room overlooking the bay and Marina Bay Sands.

The food here is unique, and the location is fantastic as it is close to the MRT and offers stunning views of Marina Bay Sands, also being near Esplanade.

I like the location because there is a mall that is convenient for my young children to eat and play before retiring to bed.

good location and nice buffet breakfastn

I loved the signature king room with a sea view. The complimentary breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the poolside bar. The hotel is located in a beautiful, well-maintained building in a prime location close to Gardens by the Bay.

The restaurant was great at a very reasonable price, we ordered quality dishes. The bed was soft and there were coffee/tea making facilities and glassware.
